Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a curious, hands-on commerce consultant who turns complex questions into clear advice. You will work with senior advisors to analyze client challenges, test emerging technology and turn insights into actionable steps.

You will analyze customer journeys, commerce capabilities, and operating models to inform business cases and roadmaps, while building AI prototypes and testing ideas with low-code tools. Fluent English is required; Dutch/Nordic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital commerce in consulting, agency, or client-side.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills; structure ambiguous questions.
• Understanding of commerce technology: platforms, data, search, pricing, checkout, APIs.
• Built something with AI tools—prototype, automation or side project.
• Commercial curiosity: spotting client opportunities and contributing to propositions.
• Fluent English; Dutch or Nordic language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior advisors on research, interviews and workshops; translate findings into recommendations and presentations.
• Analyse customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models for business cases and roadmaps.
• Experiment hands-on with AI agents, low-code tools and automations; build simple prototypes.
• Collaborate with commerce and tech specialists to assess feasibility and ownership of deliverables.
• Support go-to-market activities: insights, proposals and pipeline contributions.
