Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience in managing new Product/Process introduction and production improvements.
• Experience with low-volume, high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage product documentation for operational deliveries.
• Analyze production characteristics to improve processes.
• Resolve non-conformities and define production instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives.
• Integrate technical solutions while maintaining safety standards.
• Oversee development of first articles and build processes.
• Utilize root cause analysis to eliminate non-conformances.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
