Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience with industrialization processes and existing production improvements.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support manufacturing development and integration.
• Utilize root cause analysis to reduce non-conformances.
• Lead the implementation of tooling and production planning.
• Continuously improve production processes through Lean initiatives.
