Netflix is expanding its ads plan globally and seeks a Senior Account Manager based in Amsterdam to lead top accounts, collaborate with the Sales team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring flawless campaign execution and client service.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver on RFP responses, media plan generation, and post-campaign reporting, with a focus on English and Dutch-speaking clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales planning in digital media.
• Experience with video advertising campaigns and client service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Manage top and strategic accounts in partnership with Sales.
• Lead and maintain AM training materials and templates with Sales Enablement.
• Serve as 1st point of escalation for Account Managers on the team.
• Develop and improve products, processes, and campaign workflows.
• Partner with Sales Managers to align client goals and campaigns.
• Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
