Job summary

Cisco is seeking a quota-carrying Workplace Experience seller for Central and Northern Europe. You will build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, forecast with accuracy, and close multi-architecture deals that blend collaboration devices, occupancy sensing, and PoE energy networking.

You will target Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and Sustainability leaders while working upstream with advisors, design firms, and standards bodies to shape requirements before RFPs exist.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-based sales with a proven attainment track record in Salesforce
• 2+ years of cross-architecture, solution-based selling with premium deals
• Proven success selling to Line-of-Business decision-makers in sustainability, cost and compliance
• Autonomous self-starter who multiplies reach with AI and modern selling tools

Responsibilities

• Own a quota across Central and Northern Europe and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
• Forecast with accuracy and close cross-architecture deals that combine devices, occupancy, IoT sensing and networking
• Sell to Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and Sustainability leaders with a strong IT posture
• Collaborate with advisors, design firms and standards bodies to shape requirements before the RFP exists
