Job summary

Nebius Group seeks a Europe 3PL Operations Manager to own and optimize the external warehouse network across EMEA, US and APAC. You will drive SLA compliance, cost control and continuous improvement, coordinating with Transport, Planning, Back Office and ITDC to ensure high-value hardware is received, stored and shipped to Nebius standards.

You will lead 3PL onboarding, audits and performance reviews, and manage risk while maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and external warehouse networks.
• Strong ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, audits and cost control.
• Proven track record in cross-functional coordination with procurement, legal and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3PL network across EMEA/US/APAC.
• Manage contracts, SLAs and rate cards with procurement and legal.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with 3PL partners.
• Set operating standards for 3PLs including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inbound/outbound volumes and staging.
