TSHi hospitality group is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section in a dynamic multinational setting. You will prepare and plate dishes to high standards, from mise-en-place to service, and work closely with a tight-knit team to keep operations running smoothly.

You will guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, manage stock, and ensure food safety routines are followed, with English and Dutch language skills valuable in this diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or ready for next step in busy kitchen.
• Confidence running a section during service.
• Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service.
• Cook and plate dishes to standard in taste, temperature and presentation.
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep station organized.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
• Communicate with team to keep service smooth.
• Manage stock in your section and minimize waste.
• Follow food safety routines and hygiene checks.
• Contribute to special events and seasonal updates.
