Job summary

The Hoxton in Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section in our busy kitchen, ensuring high standards and smooth service. You will work with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop techniques, flavours and team talent while maintaining excellent food hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen team.
• Passion for food is a given; a love for our particular flavours a definite advantage.
