Job summary

Louis Vuitton Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to represent the Brand and ensure every Client is treated with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will guide Clients across all product categories and build long-term relationships.

Availability from November through December, including peak hours during Christmas and New Year week; weekend availability is required; strong English and preferably Dutch, with a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred for local client base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Availability required from November through the end of December, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week.

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated accordingly to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different Clienteling tools, to foster Brand loyalty
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
