Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking seasonal Product Guides to join our store in the Netherlands. You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable guest experience and sharing product knowledge to help guests find gear that fits their passions.

You will contribute to a collaborative team, stay curious, and embody the brand while working during peak retail periods. The role is full-time, fixed-term from October 2026 to January 2027, with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to explain product features and advise guests based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
• Represent ARC’TERYX values in-store and in the community.
• Develop skills with the team and contribute to brand initiatives.
• Process transactions and support daily store tasks to keep operations smooth.
