Job summary

JBT Marel is hiring a Scrum Master for the Controls Engineering team in Boxmeer, NL. You will lead two PLC & HMI development squads at the crossroads of software and hardware, partnering with the Product Owner to ensure high performance and value delivery.

You will coach Agile practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative, transparent culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with software development teams and agile practices.
• Experience in multidisciplinary machine software and hardware is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two PLC & HMI development teams in a machine development environment.
• Coach teams in Scrum and Kanban practices and improve team dynamics.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban events and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Support Agile transformation and organizational change initiatives.
