Job summary

Lely Holding seeks a Scrum Master for its Software department. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help teams deliver value to farmers, and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

With at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach and a Bachelor/Master's degree, you will work in a dynamic environment in the Netherlands. PSM I or CSM certification is required, and English must be fluent. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• PSM 1 or CSM certification.
• Fluent in English; living in the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of change management, Kanban and Lean.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
• Promoting continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensuring transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Coaching team members in Agile and Scrum principles.
