Qualifications

• Experience in scaled Agile environments.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to become self-organizing and accountable.
• Use metrics and insights to guide improvement.
• Facilitate impactful rituals and workshops.

Skills

Certified Scrum Master (PSM I required)

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)

Excellent communication skills in English
