The British School in the Netherlands (BSN) is seeking a part-time Science Technician for Senior School Leidschenveen in The Hague area. The role supports the delivery of the science curriculum with 60% FTE over three days (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).
You will assist with demonstrations, experiments and laboratory upkeep for Years 7-13. Ideal candidates have a laboratory background, strong English, and a science qualification; Dutch is advantageous.
Senior School Leidschenveen (SSL) is looking for a part-time (60% FTE, three days per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) Science Technician to support the delivery of our science curriculum.
The school has seven Year Groups (Years 7-13) of over 310 students with 6 dedicated science laboratories and three preparation rooms.
Students study a combined science course in Years 7 and 8 before moving on to being taught Biology, Chemistry and Physics in Year 9 by subject specialists in preparation for GCSEs and beyond. Year 12 and 13 study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The Technicians support the teaching staff in the delivery of the school's science curriculum.

The salary range for this position is 2894,49 - 3451,73 gross EUR monthly (full-time), depending on experience. All figures shown are including the 9% holiday allowance.
