Job summary

Zeekr Europe seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 4-5 years of Salesforce experience. You will bridge business stakeholders and offshore development teams across multiple European markets, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and service processes, with ongoing collaboration across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Salesforce Consultant.
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Translating business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with distributed development teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos.
• Lead UAT and support defect resolution.
• Support integrations and data migration initiatives.
