Job summary

Lely in Maassluis is looking for a Salesforce Application Expert who will lead the development and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure the platform's stability while collaborating closely with various teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce, including expertise in Sales and Service Cloud. Working hybrid, you will be responsible for strategic decisions and technical leadership, supported by a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in configuration and customization, such as Flows, Validation Rules.
• Experience with debugging and deployment tooling, for example Gearset.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership during refinements and sprint planning.
• Making strategic platform decisions within Salesforce.
• Designing and documenting technical choices and process flows.
