Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on optimizing CRM and revenue systems across SaaS platforms. The role emphasizes ensuring data integrity, defining business rules, and documenting operational decisions to enable scalable governance.

Remote contractor position, requiring 4–6 years of CRM experience and strong SQL/API skills, with a track record of managing CRM implementations and integrations in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.
You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
