YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a SaaS revenue systems project. You will audit CRM and related platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and establish governance for systems across billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

Strong CRM leadership and SaaS experience are required. The role emphasizes process improvement, data reconciliation, and clear documentation of complex workflows, with a remote work setup and English communication proficiency as essential

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
