OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks Sales Traders to grow a client portfolio and execute trades in environmental and financial markets.

You will develop and execute a sales strategy, outreach via cold calls, emails, chats, and meetings, and collaborate with senior traders to ensure client satisfaction and growth. The role offers a dynamic, meritocratic environment in a fast-paced market.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management, or other client-facing roles.
• Proactive about cold calling and prospecting to identify and engage new clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities; prior cold calling experience is a plus.
• Native-level fluency in Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish with excellent communication skills in English.

• Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach, including cold calling.
• Build a comprehensive and targeted lead list to enable a disciplined and strategic approach to extensive outreach efforts.
• Take full accountability for achieving personal revenue and profit (PnL) targets.
• Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging with clients via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings to understand and address their business needs.
• Provide stakeholders with daily pricing updates and market insights through professional messaging systems.
• Stay up to date with market trends and relevant financial developments to maintain a competitive edge.
