Job summary

A leading watch and lifestyle brand based in the Netherlands is seeking a motivated Sales Support representative. In this role, you will be the first contact for existing B2B customers, managing their order process and ensuring excellent customer service. What The Role Is About

Our Sales Support team is looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused Sales Support representative for Spain, Benelux and our distributors. You are the first point of contact for our existing B2B customers. You are responsible for your own portfolio of B2B customers and in charge of their order management process, from customer creation to order placement to shipment tracking and after sales services. You are available for questions, solve any issues you are presented with, and you provide a positive and efficient customer experience for our B2B partners.

Responsibilities

• Processing and approving new orders
• Invoicing dispatched orders and assisting customers with tracking
• Setting up new customer accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite)
• Solving any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls)
• Executing tasks specific to your key accounts

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Good communication skills in Dutch, German or French is a plus
• Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus
• You pick up new systems and processes quickly
• You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive
• You are available 5 days a week
