Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a Sales Support Professional who links Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Data Management to ensure flawless promotions and data integrity. You’ll manage promotions, orders and materials while maintaining accurate customer and product data.
With a focus on Excel, SAP, CRM/Salesforce (Kepler) and BI reporting, you’ll support daily sales operations and reporting for the field team and management, ensuring timely data-driven decisions.
L’Oréal is where FMCG meets Beauty. We believe in “beauty for all”, which is why we are committed to bringing the most relevant and innovative products to market for every consumer. In the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division, we combine science, dermatology and health with strong brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy and SkinCeuticals.
Our market is competitive and constantly evolving. That’s why we are digital-first, brand-focused, dynamic and data-driven. As a professional, you’ll be challenged to learn and make an impact every day: on the job, through seminars and workshops, and via international training programmes.
As a Sales Support Professional, you are the operational and administrative heart of our commercial team. You are the link between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Care and Data Management.
You support Business Partners with ongoing activities, ensure flawless preparation for commercial cycles, and safeguard reliable data flows across all our core systems, including Kepler/Salesforce, SAP and Boost. From managing promotions, pricing conditions and materials to optimising sales processes, your overview and attention to detail keep the commercial engine running at full speed.
When you join L’Oréal, you’ll be given a high degree of responsibility from day one. To support your development, we offer an induction programme and an individual training programme. Training may take place locally or at our global headquarters in Paris. It’s an enriching experience where you’ll meet colleagues from around the world.
Finally, one of the great benefits of working at L’Oréal is the opportunity to collaborate with people in a wide range of roles. This gives you the chance to broaden your knowledge of different stakeholders. You’ll work with colleagues in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Digital and Finance.
At L’Oréal, we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity or age:
“A diversified workforce in every function and on all levels strengthens our creativity and our understanding of consumers and it enables us to develop and market products that are relevant.”
(Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman of L’Oréal)
