Job summary

Radio Holland Rotterdam is seeking a Sales Support Officer to manage trade sales processes, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare accurate quotations in a fast-paced international environment.

Based in Rotterdam, you will support the complete sales order administration, pricing, and invoicing while maintaining up-to-date customer data with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong communication with internal teams and global customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales support role.
• Secondary vocational graduate (MBO level).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing RFQs, quotations, and sales orders in Zendesk and Business Central.
• Responding to customer enquiries and following up on quotations in a timely manner.
• Ensuring accurate processing of sales orders, pricing, and invoicing.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer and order information in internal systems.
• Performing cost calculations within pricing guidelines and sales authorization levels.
• Monitoring KPI targets including timely customer response handling.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

As Sales Support Officer, you play a key role in driving the trade sales process and ensuring accurate and timely commercial handling of customer requests. You are responsible for responding to customer enquiries, preparing fast and precise quotations, following up on opportunities, and supporting the complete sales order administration process.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, good organizational skills, and confident communication. You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced international environment. Your consistent follow-up and hands‑on mentality help ensure excellent customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

The scope of your work is international, and you will be based in Rotterdam.
