Job summary

Nxt Museum in Amsterdam is offering a 6‑month paid internship starting October 2026 within the Commercial Team to contribute to the museum's commercial success.

You will support day‑to‑day sales tasks, close deals for corporate events and school bookings, and help build partnerships with schools while collaborating with Marketing, Arts & Culture, and Operations. Compensation is €425 per month for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Interest in events and relationship management.
• Able to support the sales process and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Partnerships in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with sales by closing deals for corporate events and handling school bookings.
• Contribute to partnerships by developing collaborations with schools.
• Maintain existing client relationships and acquire new clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Arts & Culture, and Operations.

Nxt Museum is an experimental art space in Amsterdam dedicated to immersive experiences at the intersection of art, science, and technology. It commissions and presents ground-breaking museum installations by pioneering living artists. Since 2020, Nxt has emerged as an aspirational global brand in the art world.

This is your opportunity to grow with Nxt Museum! Nxt is looking for an intern to join its Commercial Team and contribute directly to the museum's commercial success.

What will you get up to?

To help you develop a wide set of skills, this internship includes a variety of tasks:

• Support the Sales and Partnerships team in their day-to-day tasks;
• Assist with the sales process by closing deals for corporate events and processing group and school bookings;
• Contribute to Nxt Museum’s partnerships, for example by developing new collaborations with schools;
• Help maintain existing client relationships and acquire new clients and partners;
• Work closely with other teams, such as Marketing, Arts & Culture, and Operations.
