Job summary

MatchWornShirt in Amsterdam is seeking a Partnerships Intern to support the Partnerships team in maximizing relationships with our global partner network. You will manage live auction workflows and help drive premium auctions for fans.

You’ll gain hands-on experience owning end-to-end auctions, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with Marketing, Operations and Tech to ensure a gold-standard partnership experience.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards or just finished a degree in Sports Business, Commercial Sports, or related field.
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship starting in February.
• EU passport holder or enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Auction Ownership: lead end-to-end auction process for teams in key markets to ensure premium output.
• Performance Analysis: track metrics and build insightful partner presentations.
• Quality Control: lead platform quality control for a gold-standard partner experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Operations, Tech to streamline processes.

About the role

As our Partnerships Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partnerships team to maximize relationships across our global partner network. You'll be right at the center of delivering gold-standard auctions for our fans while helping build financially sustainable, high-impact partnerships with some of the biggest sports organizations in the world.

You’ll get hands‑on experience taking full ownership of live auction workflows, analyzing performance data, and working across internal departments to make sure no two days look the same!

What you’ll do

• Auction Ownership: Take the lead on managing the end-to-end auction process for teams within specific key markets (e.g., UK, Italy, Spain, France, Nordics, or Benelux) to ensure premium platform output.
• Performance Analysis: Track partnership metrics and conduct data analysis to build insightful presentations for partner feedback.
• Quality Control: Lead on platform quality control to guarantee a consistent gold-standard experience for every partner auction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Tech) to streamline processes and optimize overall partnership management.

• Legal: EU passport holder or currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.

Our procedure

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min).
2. Assessment round (± 120 min).
3. Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min).
4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min).
