Job summary

Huawei seeks a Sales Operation and Management Assistant in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. This 12-month renewable lease-force contract focuses on sales process management, opportunity pipelines and forecasting to support frontline sales teams.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, a relevant bachelor's degree, and experience in sales operations or project management. You will coordinate with sales, finance, legal and other internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Economics or related field.
Fluent in Chinese and English; strong communication skills are essential.
Experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial management or project management preferred.
Solid understanding of sales processes, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, contract execution and risk control.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in sales data and performance analysis.
Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, legal, contract management and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

Develop policies and mechanisms for account and partner management, sales order management, end-to-end sales project management and authorization/execution to implement sales strategies.
Build end-to-end capabilities for customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and sales project operation; improve office efficiency with digital tools.
Support review and decision-making of sales projects and contracts; supervise processes and contract management.
Plan and support key customer contact activities of the account dept; drive closure of non-technical issues, VOCs and complaints; support frontline operations.
