Job summary
L’Oréal Outlet Store in Roosendaal is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized shopping experiences and expert beauty guidance in a fast-paced, high-traffic outlet environment. You will engage with customers, conduct consultations in skincare, makeup, and fragrance, and help maintain merchandising standards while supporting second life channels.
Fluency in Dutch, English, and German, plus a passion for beauty, will help you connect with international customers and contribute to KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail (Luxury or Beauty background is highly preferred).
- Strong sales techniques and a history of achieving targets.
- Fluency in Dutch; good command of English and German due to international shoppers.
- Qualification in makeup artistry or aesthetics is a plus.
