Job summary

L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a Sales Support Professional who links Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Data Management to ensure flawless promotions and data integrity. You’ll manage promotions, orders and materials while maintaining accurate customer and product data.

With a focus on Excel, SAP, CRM/Salesforce (Kepler) and BI reporting, you’ll support daily sales operations and reporting for the field team and management, ensuring timely data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, commerce or data-related field.
• Interest in FMCG/Beauty/Pharma.
• Analytical, accurate with figures, prices and contracts.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP, CRM/Salesforce (Kepler) and BI/reporting tools.
• Process-oriented, able to structure complex processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
• Good written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions and activations from brief to registration in Kepler (Salesforce).
• Prepare and update standard and campaign order forms and documentation.
• Monitor Supply Chain codes and update PLV/POS tracking documents.
• Place product orders for Business Partners via internal orders.
