Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve the SLA, Troubleshoot, implement and support solutions for digital power energy platform.
• Incident handling and change execution on daily basis.
• Coordinate and help to resolve various technical and non-technical issues during project implementation.
• Identify improvement opportunities, and propose feasible optimization strategies to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Value exploration based on data operation.
