Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a motivated SFE Intern to join our Commercial Excellence team. You will contribute to initiatives that improve sales performance and commercial execution while gaining hands-on experience in sales force analytics, sales operations, and CRM management.

Working with the SFE Manager, you will support CRM, data quality, and reporting across Central Europe, while developing transferable analytical skills in a global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree (final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Your internship must be mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for working with data
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Support CRM administration, data quality management, and provide day-to-day support to sales representatives
• Develop and maintain sales performance reports and analyses
• Monitor key SFE metrics
• Support ad-hoc SFE and Commercial Excellence projects
