Job summary

Abbott Hoofddorp is offering a Sales Force Effectiveness Intern role within the Commercial Excellence team. You will contribute to sales force analytics, CRM management, and data-driven commercial initiatives across Central Europe while gaining hands-on experience.

You will work closely with the SFE Manager and support data quality, reporting, and KPI monitoring in a dynamic, global setting. An internship allowance is provided and commuting to Hoofddorf is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree (final year) in business, marketing, data analytics, engineering, or related field.
• Internship is mandatory for your program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for working with data.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM administration and data quality management.
• Develop and maintain sales performance reports and analyses.
• Monitor key SFE metrics.
• Assist with ad-hoc SFE and Commercial Excellence projects.
