Next Job Abroad is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a growing team in Alicante, Spain. You will help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet, and home products, providing friendly, solution-focused assistance and identifying product recommendations that fit customer needs.

About The Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products. You'll provide friendly, solution-focused support while ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. You'll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer's needs.
