Avery Dennison seeks an organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to join its Solutions Group at the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, Netherlands, on an 8-month temporary basis. The role centers on marketing project management and operations support, driving global communications initiatives, and executing across diverse segments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing communications experience with a focus on project management and operations support.
• Experience managing digital and marketing projects from conception to completion; proficient in project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management and oversight for initiatives such as website/digital migration work and brand launch projects.
• Manage day-to-day marketing project workflows, cross-functional plans, delivery timelines, vendor management, stakeholder management, and milestones for on-time execution.
• Act as a traffic manager to route marketing briefs to the correct teams for execution.
• Manage RFID marketing sample request process for events and trade shows.
• Track and report KPIs, project delivery metrics, and milestones with clear status updates.
