You will turn data and insights into tangible results, coaching both Sales Management and Account Managers to consistently outperform expectations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in sales excellence, sales consulting, or sales leadership.
• Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience coaching and training commercial teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to drive change without formal authority.
• Passion for sports and fitness; energetic, proactive, and hands-on.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Dutch is a must.
• Additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.
