Job summary

Revelane is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to translate commercial strategy into scalable sales models, processes and behaviours. You will work with Growth Strategists, RevOps and Client Delivery Directors to help clients win more and drive performance.

You’ll design sales strategies, standardise processes and build pipeline discipline while enabling sales enablement assets and effective incentives. Located in Amsterdam, this role requires on-site presence most days and travel to client

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales, sales excellence, commercial consulting or revenue leadership (B2B).
• Proven experience designing or improving sales processes, methodologies and operating models.
• Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and complex sales cycles.
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting and performance steering.
• Comfortable working with CRM data to drive insights and decisions.
• Confident working with senior sales leaders and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve sales strategies and operating models aligned with GTM and growth ambitions.
• Define, standardise and optimise sales processes across the funnel from lead follow-up to deal execution.
• Support clients in building pipeline management and forecasting discipline with the right KPIs and cadences.
• Develop and implement sales enablement assets such as playbooks, account plans and value propositions.
• Advise on incentives, targets and performance drivers for aligned outcomes.
• Guide leaders through change, balancing challenge with pragmatism.
