Job summary

Revelane is a partner in commercial excellence, collaborating with ambitious mid-market companies to accelerate sustainable revenue growth. As Growth Marketeer, you design and steer growth initiatives using market insight, data and experimentation to unlock growth across the full funnel.

You will work with Brand Strategists, RevOps and Client Delivery Directors to build a focused, scalable growth approach, driving ROI while collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or a related B2B role.
• Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across the full funnel (e.g. PPC, SEO, email marketing).
• A strategic, commercially minded marketer who translates business objectives into clear go-to-market priorities and actionable growth initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing and funnel experimentation.
• Proficient with data-driven marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude (or similar).
• Clear, structured communicator and storyteller, able to turn complex data and insights into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Native or fluent in Dutch; excellent command of English.
• Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week from our Amsterdam office, with travel to client locations as required by the role and project needs.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands. We're unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
