Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Two years of experience in technical sales or support engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to quickly learn and simplify complex technical products.
• Problem‑solving skills across software, mechanical, and electrical domains.
• Self‑motivated and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable to work across time zones when required.
• Pragmatic, independent, and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from engagement through order fulfilment and post‑sales support.
• Identify opportunities through inbound/outbound efforts, supported by CRM tools.
• Understand client needs and assess technical requirements; propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow‑ups to close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities and interactions.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with field sales, R&D and other teams.
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to advise customers.
