Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an Account Base Sales Enablement Executive to support our hotel network and drive commercial results. You will help manage contracts, support marketing initiatives, and create performance dashboards to guide decision making.

You’ll work with the Sales Director and GM teams across Revenue, Marketing and Finance to strengthen client relationships. The role emphasizes data integrity in CRM/CMS/PMS, templates and guides, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM and CMS systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual contract process for Corporate, Leisure and Meetings & Events segments.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to engage clients.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure commercial success.
