Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an Account Base Sales Enablement Executive to support our hotel portfolio of 29 properties in the Benelux and beyond. You will help organize and optimize sales systems, contribute to strategic projects, and strengthen customer satisfaction and commercial results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level working and thinking capability.
• Experience with CRM and CMS systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support annual contract processes for Corporate, Leisure and Meetings & Events.
• Collaborate on marketing and communications activities for clients.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure commercial success.
• Prepare templates, maintain user guides and inform the team of updates.
• Ensure data integrity in CRM, CMS and PMS.
• Manage multiple mailboxes and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to provide insights.
