Job summary

Bayards Helidecks in Tholen is seeking a motivated intern or temporary team member to support the Sales department with creating project data sheets and organizing visual project profiles.

You will work with Sales and Engineering to build a photo database, structure project information, and contribute to client presentations and tenders. Start mid August / early September, with an internship allowance.

• Student with a relevant internship assignment aligned to this role.
• Able to work accurately, independently, and structure information.
• Interest in visuals, layout and clear communication.

What will you do?

Bayards Helidecks designs and builds high‑end aluminium helidecks for clients worldwide. For our Sales department in Tholen, we are looking for a motivated MBO BOL intern or HBO internship student, or a temporary team member who can support our department.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to setting up and structuring project documentation and visual content. You will help build a project photo database, update the track record of our international projects, and create professional Project Data Sheets used in client presentations and tenders. You will work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams and directly contribute to the quality of our commercial documentation. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining a project and product photo database

• Creating visual project profiles (Project Data Sheets)
• Supporting documentation tasks and light communication activities
