Job summary

Bayards Helidecks is seeking an intern or temporary support to help create and organize project documentation and visual content. You will help build a photo database, update international project records and craft professional project data sheets for client presentations and tenders.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering to ensure high quality commercial documentation and gain exposure to a global helideck market. Start mid-August to early September isn’t mandatory but preferred.

Qualifications

• Students from the listed MBO/HBO programs are welcome for internship or temporary support.
• Candidate should be accurate, independent and able to structure information.
• Affinitiy with documentation, content creation, or commercial support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Bayards Helidecks designs and builds high‑end aluminium helidecks for clients worldwide. For our Sales department in Tholen, we are looking for a motivated MBO BOL intern or HBO internship student, or a temporary team member who can support our department.

In this role, you will contribute to setting up and structuring project documentation and visual content. You will help build a project photo database, update the track record of our international projects, and create professional Project Data Sheets used in client presentations and tenders. You will work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams and directly contribute to the quality of our commercial documentation. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining a project and product photo database
• Structuring and updating project information
• Supporting documentation tasks and light communication activities
