Job summary

Bayards Aluminium Constructions Group is seeking a dedicated SheetMetalWorker / FabricationEmployee to contribute to the aluminium superstructure of luxury yachts. You will read technical drawings, prepare constructions, and assemble components under the guidance of the Foreman and Production Team Leader.

You will join a skilled team, emphasising precision, safety, and continuous improvement, with a competitive salary and growth opportunities within a close-knit manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational (MBO-level or equivalent) qualification in a technical field such as metalwork, construction, or mechanical engineering.
• Several years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication work; experience with aluminium is an advantage.
• You work neatly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
• Preparing constructions and processing aluminium by sawing, drilling, bending, and fitting.
• Assembling and building aluminium structures, including occasional container structures.
• Installing various components and structural parts within the yacht superstructure.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and promoting safe work practices.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from welding, assembly, and production departments.
• Reporting to the Foreman and Production Team Leader.

You will join a close knit team of skilled professionals, contributing to projects that earn admiration across the globe. Your main responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3Dmodels.
• Preparing constructions and processing aluminium by sawing, drilling, bending, and fitting.
• Assembling and building aluminium structures, including occasional container structures.
• Installing various components and structural parts within the yacht superstructure.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and promoting safe work practices.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from the welding, assembly, and production departments.

Who are you?
