Bayards Group is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users, manage modern Microsoft platforms and contribute to improvements in our IT services.

You will report to the IT Manager and be based mainly in Tholen, supporting multiple Bayards locations. You will handle incidents, manage devices, and drive initiatives in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and information security while actively developing your skills in cloud technologies and infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Completed MBO Level 4 or Bachelor's in IT, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT support, workplace management or system administration is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers and information security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive and independent working style.
• willingness to occasionally travel to other Bayards locations.

To support our organisation, we are looking for an IT Specialist who ensures a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users, manage modern Microsoft platforms and actively contribute to improvements and the further professionalisation of our IT services.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the day-to-day IT services within Bayards Group. You will be a key point of contact for users, work independently on technical issues and actively contribute to improvements. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from workplace management and user support to infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and information security. Your responsibilities include:

What do you bring?

You do not need to be a specialist in every technical area. What matters most is that you have a solid technical foundation, can investigate issues independently and are motivated to expand your knowledge and skills.

Your place within Bayards

You will be part of the central IT team of Bayards Group and report directly to the IT Manager.

Your primary workplace will be Tholen. From there, you will support colleagues across multiple Bayards locations and business units.

Within IT, we are continuously working on further professionalisation, standardisation, automation and information security. You will join a relatively small team where you will have significant responsibility and broad involvement in the IT environment. This gives you the opportunity to further develop yourself in areas such as Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, infrastructure, security and endpoint management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to the further development of the IT organisation within Bayards. You will work in an environment where technology, innovation and entrepreneurship come together, with plenty of room for initiative and responsibility.

In addition, we operate under the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) and offer an excellent employment package, including:

• A salary between € 3.300 and € 4.750 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 40 days off per year: 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days based on full-time employment.

• Travel allowance of € 0,25 per kilometre for commuting.
