efficy Group in Utrecht is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the Dutch market. You will initiate conversations, qualify inbound leads, and book product demos while collaborating with Marketing and the sales team.

This role offers onboarding, training, and AI exposure, with room for growth in a fast-paced European team.

Qualifications

• First hands-on experience in B2B sales, ready to take it to the next level
• A clear communicator and good listener who builds rapport easily
• You track your own pipeline and hit weekly targets without being chased
• Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools, or ready to learn fast
• Native level of Dutch
• Full professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Book quality demo meetings for the Sales team
• Run short discovery calls to understand prospect needs
• Complement inbound efforts with outbound prospecting
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date
• Team up with Marketing to keep improving lead quality

Job Overview

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our multilingual Tribe CRM sales team in Utrecht. You'll start new conversations, reach out to future customers, and build connections that matter, focusing on the Dutch market. You'll convert inbound leads into quality demos while keeping the pipeline moving with outbound prospecting.
