YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities

• Managing stakeholder relationships with clients, Capgemini Engineering, and suppliers to gather requirements and analyze project needs.
• Reviewing and documenting PLC and SCADA software deliveries to ensure adherence to automation standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective automation solutions on-site and remotely.
• Conducting assessments of client automation systems to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Gaining domain-specific knowledge through continuous learning and training to contribute to your success in the role.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in PLC and SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Emerson DeltaV, PCS7), with a focus on reviewing and monitoring programming rather than hands-on development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and supplier relationships, particularly in complex environments.
• A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on optimizing automation processes and ensuring smooth execution.
• A technical background, preferably in industrial automation or a related field, with knowledge of system integration and process automation.
• Proficiency in Dutch is preferred, though not required, as communication with clients is a key part of the role.
