Job summary

Job Description

• Support B2B sales activities, including inquiries, quotations, orders, follow-up, and customer communication.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance and operational data.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Tableau.
• Automate repetitive data-processing and reporting tasks using Python.
• Identify data discrepancies and support process and system improvements through coordination with various departments, including Finance, Logistics, and Headquarters.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with Python for data processing and task automation.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL. Experience with Tableau is highly preferred.
• Experience in sales operations, data analysis, finance, logistics, or customer service.
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of the maritime industry.

We will offer you the following:

• Salary: € 3.000 up to € 3.150 per month according to experience
• Health allowance: €250 gross per month
