Logistics Officer – HD Hyundai Marine Solution Europe

Summary of position of Logistics Officer:

• Inventory Demand Forecasting: Forecast and optimize inventory needs to maintain smooth operations.
• Inventory Ordering & Delivery Management: Oversee stock ordering and ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management & SAP Synchronization: Ensure accurate stock control and synchronize with SAP during monthly closings.
• Customs & Export-Import Compliance: Handle import/export regulations, including CBAM and Russia compliance.
• Warehouse & System Management (WMS, GMAPS): Manage and improve WMS systems for efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
• Inventory Audits & Reporting: Plan and execute inventory audits, compile results, and generate detailed reports.

Activities Logistics Officer:

• Collaborate for Inventory Forecasting: Work with different departments to gather insights and align inventory forecasts with business needs.
• Manage Supplier Relations & Track Deliveries: Monitor supplier performance, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveries to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate Inventory Control & SAP Data Synchronization: Supervise daily inventory activities and perform regular checks to ensure synchronization with SAP.
• Ensure Export-Import Compliance: Actively manage compliance with global regulations such as CBAM and Russia-related export controls.
• Optimize Warehouse & Logistics Systems (WMS, GMAPS): Continuously enhance warehouse management processes by improving WMS and GMAPS for seamless operations.
• Conduct Inventory Audits & Reporting: Plan and execute periodic stock audits and generate reports to ensure inventory accuracy.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Have experience with dealing with B2B (is a plus)
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Have a valid work permit

We will offer you the following:

• Salary: € 3.000 up to € 3.150 per month according to experience
• Health allowance: €250 gross per month
