Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Amsterdam is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to promote our Language Abroad programs. This fully on-site role requires English and Dutch/Flemish fluency and strong communication skills to guide prospective students from inquiry to their trip home.

The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calls, relationship building at fairs and campuses, and teamwork with global and local sales teams. Living in the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish, and English (reading/writing/speaking).
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or Telemarketing is a plus.
• Willingness to live and work in the Netherlands and work fully onsite.
• Experience living, studying, or working abroad is a plus.

Sales Coordinator - Flemish speaking for our Amsterdam office

! Please be aware that when you apply for this role, this is working out of the Amsterdam office so this would require you to live in the Netherlands when accepting the role !

As a Sales Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Amsterdam and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.

This position is ideal for candidates with initial work experience who are ready to take the next step in building their corporate career.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Selling Language Study Abroad Programs:Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
• Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
• Team Spirit:Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building:Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Teamwork:Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in Dutch/ Flemish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Netherlands
• Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or Telemarketing
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
• All additional languages are a plus!
