Job summary

EF Education First in Amsterdam is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator (Flemish speaking) to promote EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, guiding them from first contact to travel arrangements, in a fully on-site role.

The ideal candidate has relevant customer service/telemarketing experience, is fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or telemarketing is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish.

Responsibilities

• Sell Language Study Abroad Programs using internal databases.
• Maintain high outbound call volume to prospective students.
• Motivate self and team to reach promotion goals.
• Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver best EF Language Abroad experience.
