Job summary

adidas is opening a new store in Alexandrium, Rotterdam. Join the founding team to welcome customers, promote the adidas brand, and help establish the store culture from day one. You’ll learn on the job, support stock and merchandising, and drive sales in a collaborative, energetic environment.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
