adidas Rotterdam is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to warmly greet customers, advise on gear, and drive sales while upholding our brand values. You’ll learn continuously, engage with shoppers, and maintain in-store standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility for weekend/evening shifts in a busy store environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.

• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
